Eileen has been in the financial services industry for 18 years. She is recognized as a detailed professional whose areas of specialization include executive deferred compensation, estate planning and advanced business planning. Her background also gives her great knowledge of planning for closely held corporations and their owners.

Eileen has also been the keynote speaker on Deferred Compensation Planning for the Maryland Life Underwriters Council. Eileen has been married for 23 years. She is a dedicated mother to her four daughters, and an avid reader and tennis fan.
