Discover Your True Purpose for Money

Each of us has our own set of values and beliefs.  One way we express our values is through our financial decisions.  In this seminar, you’ll learn what money means to you – Your True Purpose for Money.

Plus, we’ll prepare you to set financially-focused New Year’s Resolutions and an action plan that supports you more authentically in 2012.

We know that when financial decisions align with values, we experience satisfaction and contentment.  But when we struggle or suffer over money, it’s most often because our financial choices don’t match our values.

This is why the first step is to define your true purpose for money.

This is a seminar not to be missed – it will pave the way for long-lasting satisfaction and fulfillment regarding your financial decisions.

It’s no shock that the investment industry has seen overwhelming numbers of investor’s panic during these tough economic times.  With the average investor chasing hot asset categories and inadvertently forsaking diversification, partnered with the media’s spin on looming economic uncertainty, it’s no wonder investors were yanking money out of the market (forsaking equities).  Worse yet, selling asset categories low and buying asset classes that are high.  This path choice for many seemed inevitable.  However, without the proper knowledge of the effect of tampering with one’s portfolio on one’s long term financial needs, it can be the worse wrong turn you ever make.

Get Rich in Knowledge! Join us on February 29th for Understanding the Investment Vortex. Your Fearless Financial Foundation – Budgeting for a Bold Future

March 15, 2012
6:00 pmto8:00 pm
March 15, 2012 : 6:00 pm

A critical cornerstone of your financial foundation is your budget.  In fact, budgets are the single most important tool for gaining control over your finances while decreasing the fears many of us share about money, security and the future.

Although many of us think of budgets as merely a place to allocate how much of our financial resources we’ll spend in any given area – or as a place to record our actual spending – budgets do far more for us than we might realize.  Budgets enable us to:

  • Manipulate our money (in a good way!)
  • Become more conscious about what’s important to us and why and how we are spending and saving.
  • Make more money (it’s true, and we’ll show you why).
  • Get to the future faster.
  • Set up a system of accountability.
  • Decrease debt and improve credit (decreasing debt is one of the least-known benefits of budgeting and why it works might surprise you).
  • Reduce stress, anxiety and downright fear.

Budgeting simply is the fastest and easiest way to initiate the spending and savings changes that will allow you to manage your financial life with confidence and ease.

In this seminar you’ll learn:

  • Why budgeting makes a monumental difference in achieving goals – including living in alignment with your true purpose for money.
  • The secrets to creating a “living”, future-focused and anxiety-reducing budget.
  • The bidgeting steps most people miss and the missteps you don’t have to make.
  • How budgeting impacts savings, debt and credit.
  • How to find the hidden leaks that send future plans down the drain.
  • And much, much more.

Best of all, you’ll walk away with the tools you need to get started right away in creating your Fearless Financial Foundation.

Whether you’ve already started budgeting or are just beginning to take control over your finances, Budgeting for a Bold Future will open the door to new ways of thinking about and working with your money – and making your money work for you.

We create a safe and supportive atmosphere for sharing and learning at all Woman Getting Wise on Wealth events.  We encourage you to bring your questions, concerns and thoughts and engage in the lively discussion this topic is sure to inspire.

Investing in Your Future

Investing in Your Future

Let’s face it, learning, understanding and implementing an effective investment plan can be one of the most nerve racking experiences for any woman, no matter what your circumstances, especially in an uncertain economy.

Women in today’s world are juggling more then ever and the reality that every penny counts towards securing our financial future is becoming more and more glaring.  And while most women are masters at juggling the household expenses and paying the bills, truth is that many haven’t a clue when it comes to their own finances, nor have they taken the appropriate measures to insure their future financial well-being.  Why is that?  Well for one, even the most prioritizing  woman’s to-do list rarely starts with “plan for your financial future”, but rather lists 100’s of things to get done on a “daily” basis.  There lies the culprit…..time!  Women only have so much time these days and they are apt to address the “here and now” issues rather then those important to their “down-the-road” future.

So if you are concerned about your future financial well being, your “down-the-road” retirement years, here’s your wake-up call.  Get started now!  Get in the “know” about investing.  Smart investing requires knowledge of some key financial concepts and an understanding of your personal investment portfolio and how these work together to impact investing decisions.  And like any long-term relationship, it involves commitment and time to nurture!

So whether you are new to investing or a seasoned portfolio owner it makes no difference. Our Women Getting Wise on Wealth session – Investing in Your Future – is designed with today’s woman, and her future, in mind.  We will discuss the basic financial concepts you’ll need to understand in order to become involved in an investing program, review various investment vehicles, discuss the pros and cons of saving versus investing, the truth about risk and return, the importance that time plays in an investment program and address any questions you may have in a Q&A session around asset allocations.
